Bukit Batok Public Library
Bukit Batok Public Library has the distinction of being the first library to introduce the Electronic Library Management System (ELIMS). It allows for automated and instantaneous book borrowing, as well as instant return of books via book drop at any public library in Singapore.
Another interesting feature of the library is its glass panel showcase facing the shopping centre aisle, designed to resemble an ordinary retail shopfront for better integration in the mall.

Bukit Panjang Public Library
The library consists of two separate wings, the Children’s Zone and the Adults’ & Teens’ Zones. The library’s design concept is inspired by changes to Bukit Panjang’s public transport access, including a direct connection to the new Downtown Line. With a focus on guiding patrons on their reading journeys, the coloured ribbons on the floor serve to help visitors find their way around the library. There will also be subject clusters indicated on the floor and ceiling to enable users to locate their preferred collection better. Central feature displays also serve as markers for their respective sections.

Jurong West Public Library
The Jurong West Public Library was first opened in Jurong Point on 28 Mar 1996 by Mr Ho Kah Leong, then Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Ministry of Environment and then Member of Parliament for Jurong. It was closed for 2 months and relocated to the Frontier Community Place, co-locating with Frontier Community Club. Re-opened to the public on 10 Mar 2006, the new library covers an area of 4232 square metres which is a three-fold expansion from its old premise.

library@chinatown officially opened on 31 Jan 2013, with the generous sponsorship of CP1 Pte Ltd and Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple. Marine Parade Public Library
Marine Parade Public Library was officially opened on 10 November 1978 by Mr Goh Chok Tong, then Senior Minister of State for Finance. The library was relocated to the Marine Parade Community Building on 28 May 2000 at an official ceremony attended by then Prime Minister Mr Goh Chok Tong.
The library occupies three floors within the building that also houses the Marine Parade Community Club and The Necessary Stage.

Serangoon Public Library (SRPL) was officially opened on 11 March 2011. Located on the rooftop (level 4R) of nex – a major retail hub in the northeastern part of Singapore – SRPL is easily accessible to commuters passing through Serangoon’s transport epicentre, which consists of the Serangoon Bus Interchange and the Serangoon MRT Station. Toa Payoh Public Library
Toa Payoh Public Library (TPPL) was officially inaugurated on 7 February 1974 by then Minister for Culture, Mr Jek Yeun Thong. It was the second public library to be opened during the rapid expansion of the public library network in the 1970s. In 1998, the library underwent a major renovation and was reopened on 10 May 1999 by then Minister for Home Affairs and Member of Parliament for the Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC, Mr Wong Kan Seng. In 2015, Toa Payoh Public Library revamped its Newspapers & Magazines Lounge, Programme Zone, Teen Zone and Activity Zone.
