Exploring Bukit Brown gives one a different vibe compared to exploring a nature park or a nature reserve.
Laid to rest at Bukit Brown Cemetery are many pioneers and early migrants that had contributed much to Singapore’s nation building.
There will be story-telling, stops to admire the different tomb’s architecture, and be immersed in nature.
What do you need for the walk?
- Comfortable attire (cover up to minimise mosquito bites)
- Comfortable walking shoes with socks (NO slippers, sandals or crocs please!)
- Hat or cap
- Reusable bottle of water
- Umbrella or reusable raincoat
- Insect repellent (mosquito patches are NOT effective)
- small backpack or sling bag (to contain items)
- Binoculars (optional)
- Point & shoot camera (optional)
