
Originating from China, Wushu and Taijiquan are known to offer holistic health benefits for one’s body, spirit and mind. When practiced using the proper techniques, these martial art forms can help one feel more energized, fitter and healthier. The class will start off with basic Wushu training followed by Taijiquan.

Coach James has been practicing Martial Arts since 1967 at the age of 12 years old. Over the decades, he has mastered a multitude of boxing and weapon techniques that can be used for self-defence and to keep fit.
