Before becoming a Career Coach at General Assembly, Stef was formerly a Tech Recruiter leading end-to-end recruitment for middle to top-management roles in Software Engineering and Cyber Security. Placing IT talent in the industry, she was also responsible for building key relationships with hiring partners across Fortune 500 companies to Startups.

Stef is constantly motivated in guiding individuals in their journey towards a new career in tech.


Delconi Quek Siqi Photo

Senior UX Consultant, Singapore Tourism Board

Delconi Quek is a UX Consultant who works with the Singapore Tourism Board to conduct Design Thinking workshops for the tourism industry stakeholders to better understand their problem statements and how they might adopt new technologies and processes to better meet their business objectives. Delconi is also in charge of the Visit Singapore Mobile Application, a destination companion mobile application with the aim of assisting travellers on their journey of experiencing Singapore.

Delconi is a firm believer in always staying curious, and asking questions to dive into the root of the problem.

Delconi started out as a Front-End Developer with CrimsonLogic before finding his passion in UX. This unique career path gives him a unique perspective on the relationship between UX Design & tech, and the various methods of bridging the gap between the two.

Delconi is also a certified scrum master and UX certified with Nielsen Norman Group.

Data Scientist, Workforce Intelligence, Oracle

Prakash has a decade of experience in the Higher education scene, working through a variety of roles from admissions outreach to business development and even career coaching. He hit a moment of epiphany during the Covid lockdown and decided there was no better time to transition into tech so he quit and enrolled into the GA DSI full time programme. After working for a startup that helps hiring manager hire for the right culture match, he is now working at Oracle helping them to hire sales rockstars across the APAC region. He can go on for hours about Natural Language Processing and people analytics, but he’s happy to bounce any ideas with you that are Data Science related.

A Product Designer, Explorer, and a lifelong learner in Singapore. Before design, my previous life was uncovering clients’ needs through conversations and providing banking solutions to achieve their goals. I attended General Assembly Bootcamp for its structured learning and client project experience to bridge what I wanted to do and what I was doing before. Now, I am a product designer in foodpanda where I work on growth initiatives.
