Ashish Kabra

Ashish heads the Singapore office of Nishith Desai Associates. He focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration, and white collar crimes. He is a registered foreign lawyer with the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, Singapore, and the Singapore International Commercial Court. He is an honorary overseas member of the Commercial Bar Association (England & Wales) and a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.

Ashish is particularly adept in advising on shareholder disputes and construction disputes, issues related to director liability and general commercial litigation. He has successfully represented several prominent individuals, private equity investors and corporate houses before the courts in India and in domestic and international arbitrations. He has an excellent record of building and implementing cogent strategies to resolve complex international disputes. He is a regular speaker at law schools and seminars and actively contributes to various international publications.

Anshuman Sharma

A well-rounded and seasoned Cyber Security Professional with proven track record in managing large projects, leading people and managing consulting business for the past 17+ years. Currently working as an Associate Director, Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and Investigative Response, APJ with Verizon Singapore. As a regional leader for the investigative response team and a global capability lead for CSIRT, I am responsible for business portfolio management for professional services, especially focused on digital forensics, incident response and threat intelligence in the APJ region while working for several top global enterprises and government organizations.

Anshuman has assisted corporations with all matters involving computer forensics, fraud investigations, and crisis management. He has been an advisor on dozens of high-profile intrusion and data breach investigations around the globe. Anshuman has delivered sessions to corporates in Executive Breach Simulation, Table Top Breach Simulation and First Responder Incident Response Training.

Have written several white papers / articles on a number of topics related to cyber security. An active speaker in several industry events/seminars on matters related to cyber security. Active contributor in various publications such as Verizon Data Breach Investigation Report, Verizon Insider Threat Report, Verizon Incident Preparedness and Response Report, Verizon Cyber Espionage Report. Anshuman possesses several internationally recognized certifications such as GCFA, GCFE, GREM, CISM, CISA, PFI, TOGAF, CCSK, CEH, CHFI. Anshuman is media trained and has been an official cybersecurity spokesperson for the Fortune organization in the past.

Anshuman has a proven track record in designing security practice portfolios/delivery approaches, managing large projects, leading people and managing consulting business as a P&L owner.

She has both hands-on technical experience as a software engineer and building up SaaS platforms as a product manager. Scaling up the user base while keeping the innovative environment safe is her top priority.
