This class dives deeper into the sake making process and helps to highlight the differences between Kimoto and Yamahai sakes! Apply your learnings during the class with a tasting of 5 different sakes.
NOV 12 – Sat, 16:00 – 17:30

This class allows you to sample the different types (sparkling, aged, jokoshu) of sake as well as learn more about Nama Sake. Apply your learnings and widen your tasting bank during the class by tasting 8 different sakes across various grades!
NOV 19 Sat, 12:00 – 13:30

This class will address the finer points of tasting and appreciating sake, as well as teach you how to pair sake with food. Apply your learnings during the class by tasting 5 different sakes paired with various Japanese dishes so you can get an initial sense of how pairing is done!
