AAC will list any and all PARTNER’s offers, promotions & recurring events on all relevant home pages on all websites. All offers . promotions / events will contain a backlink to the PARTNER’s official website as well as links to all PARTNER’s social media & subscription platforms.
AAC will publish 3 post in all relevant theme groups with scheduled:
– Sunday, 22nd May: Article with all 3 events – Early bird offer
– Weekend 3rd or 4th june: one of the 3 events, choice by client
– Weekend 25th or 26th June: one of the 3 events, choice by client
AAC will post in all groups as followed, excluding: Charity, Jobs, Properties, Vegetarian)
AAC will include the link to all 3 events as featured children event in the automated WhatsApp replies.

Clients marketing staff will have access to 3 MeetUp groups as event organizer to put all 3 events in all 3 groups online. (Sports group excluded, unless sports/fitness event)
AAC will create stories about the events on both Instagram accounts
AAC will publish the main event post on both Twitter accounts
